I understand what you’re saying. I am a 77 year old widow. I job hunting, but until I find work, I’m living on Social Security of $1,145 a month, here in So Cal. God has blessed me with a room in the home of a couple from my church. For me, even a tithe is sacrificial, but I ache to be able to give more. This message has so opened my eyes to the fact I have not been putting myself in my giving. Thank you for all of this teaching. I ask God to make clear to me how to die to myself in the right area so any time I give it includes a deep giving of myself to God.

Thank you Prophet for confirming what I needed to hear. Sunday the 17th Nov we had an evangelist at our church whom I have never met before and did not know his background at all. However before going to Church I was fighting with myself whether to empty my bank account on top of my offering (in fact allmost all the cash I had at hand leaving me with literally zero not even enough to sustain me for half a day). The cash amount the Holy Spirit confirmed I needed to give. Further I had an urge to take my debit card to church and knew I needed to clear my bank account but still fought the idea as I am a widow. God is faithful and never fails when we give sacrificially. I have done this many times before but due to trauma and difficulties I faced I slacked down on giving sacrificially. Recently the Lord revived that idea again Praise the Lord all glory to Him Amen😇🙌👏
