I just gotta say thanks for this channel. From 2022 to 23 I was alone in a new city trying to chase my goals and i started to exercise like a mf beast and also found this channel. This channel helped give me this drive that is now a permanent part of my being. I am now in a different city with a beautiful woman and all the things I worked for and prayed for. When you realize what you're truly capable of when you don't quit,God will look upon you and reward you.

I've been fighting brain cancer for 11 years. I made a resolution that I'm not going anywhere. There are some times where I've felt like laying down and giving up would be easier. But that promise comes back. It's written down. It's repeated each morning. It's recited repeatedly in my head when I'm stuck hugging the toilet. Things will happen to you. What you choose to do with that? That's all up to you. Those decisions are where life lives. Be you. Embrace the hand you've been dealt and be grateful. Never stop pushing. Ever.
