my headcanon is that MIKAN is an AM style mad deity that constantly torments the marbles by making them go through cruel games/competitions, sometimes giving them bodies. in proliferation videos like this every time the colours split their consciousnesses are also split, which is very painful. the 24th place that doesnt participate in the next race is simply being plain tortured.
