I agree, I am a doctor in Russian federation and if you are specialist doctor (surgeon, orthoped, anesthesiologist etc) and you hold the Russian citizenship and you wish to get deployed then you can get a single sum 1.5 million rubles, a house and a hefty salary (varies from doctor to doctor according to their experience in the field and salary starts from 275,000₽ per month).
