I think Heimerdinger went to the undercity because what Jayce said in the council meeting hit hard. He did neglect the lanes during his leadership and he's giving himself a wake-up call.

I recently realize that they may have mirrored Victor running, from when he was a kid. Instead of a stream of water, he was on a dock, instead of the little boat he made, there was a ship and instead of falling when he trip, he did a full out sprint. Wow, if he was in his own head, I can see why he yelled with such intensity while he was running

In regard to your question about whether or not we'll see Noxus, Piltover and Zaun are set in the world of Runeterra, the 'map' of the world in League of Legends is insanely large. There's at least 5 other continents/areas they can explore, IIRC. But short answer: Maybe! Riot has stated that they'll bring more series to life after Arcane within Runeterra, so Noxus is a possibility :)

I think they suggested there could be a movie- or another kind of media. I remember watching an interview where they made an effort to not use the word "series"

@@akb93reacts Oh, you’ll get it!! Might be a while, but it’s def coming soon :) I would recommend checking out League’s cinematics. Some are cannon within Runeterra’s lore, and some are just alternate universes within Runeterra (think Marvel’s Multiverse), which are just fucking superb, genuinely. It might be my Sailor Moon conditioning, but the Star Guardians lore is so amazeballs. If they ever release a series/film/just anything visual for Star Guardians within their universe, I’m so cooked. 😭💀

the funny thing is what would save undercity was never Jayce and Vi talking out Shimner and Silco, that would as you said only create reasons for a war. What would save it actually is an alliance like Ekko and Heimerdinger, mutual understanding and willingness to see what is going on on the otherside.

EXACTLY! Mutual understanding, the willingness to see the other side as you said, also the willingness to acknowledge your mistakes as a government and being willing to engage in a dialogue with the other side to reach a mutually beneficial arrangement
