Thankyou for putting effort into making him feel comfortable and seeing he had a good meal the moment you went back home. Cleaning him and taking that awful hair off will make him feel better regardless of the shivering he displayed while you were doing it. He was fearful of the shaver sound indicating he had never been shaved back before. How sad.

I don't understand this video, first he took the puppy out the garbage site, next picture=the puppy went back to the damp side. At least he feed &cut the matted hair. Hope he bring the puppy to the Vet for check up &treatment. Foreign language on top of the english one, cannot understand what's going on. Anyway thanks for rescuing this beautiful pet. That dog is very clever, he found a soft spot in that dump (0:17) to sit on. I am not sure what it is but it looks like little pillows. He reminds me of my late dog Brody (in pic). He was a Lhasa Apso supposedly but I thought of him as a maltese/westie. Pure white. Granted, if you are not much into grooming dogs yourself, and you use groomers, it is an expensive situation having those types of dogs because their hair is thick and grows quickly so they need regular assistance. If not, they end up looking like this poor sweetheart in time, and probably the reason the person who owned this dog dumped this dog.
