I’ve been cooking Korean food since 2006 and very rarely cook anything else now. I made doenjang jjigae last night :) Run BTS has a lot of cooking episodes- always guaranteed a laugh. The episode with Jungkook’s sweet potatoes (too much sugar so it stuck them together) is one of the earlier ones. The clip with Taehyung eating the bread is the same episode. They didn’t know what the rolls or milk was for so gave it to him to eat to keep him out of trouble XD. He has a special skill for plating, though lol. There are also clips from other shows like Bon Voyage where they go on holiday.

I actually tried to cook kimbap and kimchijeon some side dishes. Wasn’t nearly as good as at my favorite korean restaurants but they’re closed rn because of the pandemic. I can’t wait for them to open so I can go back there’s a famous street in Paris where all the best cooks from Japan and Korea are situated. You have to wait in a line on the street for quite a while if you go there during lunch break ( it’s usually at least a hour long in France). So I go after work and go like to two/three restaurants who to get the best of what I love and swing by the kmart to buy different bags of kimchi cause I love it so much and it’s so expensive in restaurants! But everything is really cooked in their kitchens it’s amazing to see them (if they can they all have a glass windows so you know who’s cooking and who’s buying frozen/dehydrated food). OOT I live your BT21 plushy I’m so jealous and maaaan I’d love to taste real korean homemade dishes my family cries and screams every time I open a kimchi jar/bag 😭

I have cooked some Korean food actually! I was so curious about the taste of Korean food that I got one of my friends in Korea to send me some recipes so I could try, seeing as going to Korea from Norway is crazy expensive hahaha. Korean food has it's own unique flavour based on the way things are seasoned and with what, which really intrigued me and I actually quite liked it, even though it's pretty different from what my tastebuds are used to hahaha
