This solo is dedicated to my beautiful mother and her father. I am proud to be the granddaughter of someone who fought to be themselves in a time where they were ridiculed for just existing freely. While AIDS took him away from my mother I’m grateful she told me how wonderful of a person her father was and that he was just constantly misunderstood.
