I keep hearing this same message over and over! I have battled with this especially at work. I'm always making myself small to not intimidate others but they surely don't mind" trying" to intimidate me! The assistant manager is horrible! And I need to stand up more for myself I be worried about her trying to use retaliation against me because of her position but I rebuke all of that!
