I’m so sorry…. I have the same story pretty much. I’m 17 yrs no contact with My twin sister . She placed her narcissistic evil wedge between me and my son - ( that was her trophy to end my relationship with my son….) he became so abusive and accusatory with no basis for his anger. Like he flipped a switch. I was traumatized by him. His wife became abusive and when my 1st grandchild came along it got worse. It ultimately ended with me having to end things between us. I learned later after they moved to another country to be with her family that my narc sister had been meddling the whole time. It’s been 7 yrs and 2 grandchildren now that I will never meet. Letting them go is the price I paid for peace…. So be it. I learned that the levels they go to in order to break bonds and relationships in our lives is just stunning. Wow! Hurting us is their joy…. Just sick…… Enjoy your life … I now have a beautiful peaceful life … with 8 beautiful grandchildren through my marriage and it fills my heart .

My Narc sister and Malignant Narc Mother did this to me as a child. My Covert Narcissistic Father told me that my Mother and me fought because we were too much alike. How is that for Gaslighting??? The truth is I was an obedient and quiet child not understanding why my mother blamed me for everything and told my siblings I I needed to apologize to everyone for my "bad" behavior while she told me she wishes that I was never born and I am to blame for all of her problems. 😭 When I turned 50 years old my "family" conducted the Ultimate Betrayal and I was done with them all. You are SO right!! That’s exactly what happened to me. It did not take long. As soon as I let him back him in, via telephone calls, after about a week, he started having a condescending and rude tone of voice. When I asked why the tone of voice towards me, he would say,” Naw, that’s just the way you are taking it.” No apologies, no respect for my feelings. After about a month of him constantly talking down to me, even after I told him to stop it, he stopped calling and texting me. I was a little hurt at first, but I was again reminded of the fact that he abandoned me 16 years ago with no explanation, but all the blame was on me. I am not bothered by his absence anymore. He showed his “true” self again. I am actually relieved that I was saved from making another terrible mistake. I am truly grateful and thankful.

When my father died 2 months after my divorce from the narc, I had a moment of weakness to let him know about the death, unblocked him, texted the news and stayed unblocked for a couple of days. The bottom line is: if they are a true narcissist, they don’t change. For the sake of all aspects of your health you have to very carefully consider what value there is to any level of engagement with them. Although not always possible, the ideal answer is always none. Omgggg yesssss, my 46yr old daughter joined a religious cult at age 19. I found out in 2023. She sacrificed me as her Mother for a Spritual Mother. Her husband recruited her. I learned from being online a few years back that’s there’s a very large group of people all over the world, including celebrities, etc. who want people to join them, they have a supernatural bond to each other and I believe they must use magic. The We group. If someone exposes them on tv they freak out and call on evil spirits for revenge, I believe I saw it happen with a certain celebrity being interviewed and another girl was mentioning what they do in private, such as saying to her in a mocking like way, “it was your night to perform” I’m guessing one performs seductively, I wouldn’t be surprised if there is not orgies involved. and you could see the singer/actress anger and it looked as though she was doing curses or something. I won’t mention who she is but it was so apparent what was happening.

Hi Andrew. I was destroyed as a human being before I was 9 years old. It took till I was in my late fifties to finally figure out what happened. I am not the man that I was meant to be. My father, Im not sure about, but my two older brothers are and were narcs. My two older brothers Kevin and Lee teamed up with my cousin Rene Labercane, to ruin my life. Three against one. Scum bags find strength in groups. My oldest brother is dead and I have ghosted the others. My cousin is a slithering snake, always has been and always will be. His brother Francis and his friend Ray Steele. 🙏 Andrew. 1 year & 11 months ago the narc spouse just left after almost 15 years, still taking as much as he could. I nearly didn't survive it. And i expect more hoover attempts at the 2 year mark... So, I focus on my luck that he walked himself to the curb. In the early days i was overwhelmed by grief for nights on end, but it helped to visualize him as that rotting bag of trash still out on the curb. Eww. And poof, my authentic loving self no longer yearned to cuddle. Sometimes I could turn tears to laughter, so I hope this is helpful for others also navigating treacherous journeys out of narc abuse.

I don’t want to think much into it but it did strike me as odd that I started seeing her pop up at the gym after not seeing her there for months. But I stuck to my guns and didn’t acknowledge her or unblock her. Before I knew what was going on, I warned her and said that unless we repair our relationship and get back together now, we’ll never get back together and she’ll never hear from me again. I failed for a couple months following that but since June of last year, I stuck to my word. I’m a man of my word so I have to go the rest of my life without speaking to her like I said I would.

I got hoovered after nine years by one of my older sisters in an email a few days ago. It was the rudest most covert email. Full of gaslighting and fake apologies for events that didn’t even happen which I’m guessing was to try to provoke me to respond but of course I would never do that in light of all I have learned because of channels like this. These people are just so evil and they really do want to just trick you and destroy you and beat you down. I can’t imagine the miserable life they lead and they all have empty souls, full of rage and bitterness.

NEVER go back to a narc, even if you have a child with the narc. A narc will not get better and change to become honest, sincere, loving and human...narcs dont have it in them and will just get worse over time and become even more deceiptful, evil and toxic...I have a daughter with a narch mother, and what I observe is that the mother is now influencing and manipulating my daughter into becoming a covert narcissist ...and all I can do is to see it happening on the sideline via our mobile phone contact...its painful to observe my daughter turning into a narch, but I have to accept it happening and send my daughter my love across the world and hopefully meet her again one day

Jhava, I have been reading the Bible recently and it says that without repentance there can be no forgiveness (paraphrasing). So what happens when you forgive and the transgressor has not apologized? They will continue to transgress assuming you will go ahead and forgive them whenever they do. This encourages their behavior. Makes sense to me. If I haven’t repented my sins to Gød does he simply dole out forgiveness? That’s not the way I understand it. 🤔😬🤷‍♀️

I understand the true meaning of "forgiveness," yet I'm one of those that want "forgiveness" for basically myself and not have any attachment to anger and bitterness or the "grudge" you don't forget. Even if a Narc knows you've forgiven them, good chance they wont care or the apology will be shallow ( I know you know this). They'll carry on with their schemes and that will be out of my hands.
