Never give up on your dreams. They may seem out of reach, but with determination and persistence, you can make them a reality. Don't let fear or doubt hold you back from pursuing what truly inspires you. Remember that challenges and setbacks are part of the journey, but they don't define your success. Keep your dreams alive by taking consistent action and surrounding yourself with supportive people. You owe it to yourself to pursue the life you truly want.

Follow your Passion, but also be open to finding your Knack. Theoretical Physics is my Passion. The Four Food Groups of Physics are still my favorites: Classical Mechanics (chaos), Electromagnetism (RF/microwave Engineering & Plasma Physics), Quantum Mechanics (atomic spectra), and Statistical Mechanics (condensed matter physics). However, my Knack is in the realm of Experimental Physics and Test Engineering. I learned that about 35 years ago. Follow your Passion, but don't be surprised if you come across something that you're better at than what you're passionate about.

Remember that every setback is a chance to learn, grow, and come back stronger than ever before. Don't compare yourself to others; focus on your own journey and progress, and celebrate your successes along the way. Believe that you have the power to create the life you want, and take action every day to make it a reality.

Prof. Peterson is a voice of sanity, clarity and his discourses can be extremely helpful to young people searching for meaning and relevance. Although i don't agree with some of his opinions on issues related to gender, which appear too simplistic and limited, in that they clearly have this stamp of a male approach to gender all over them, most of his observations are quite accurate and authentic.

Thank you for looking into him deeper. I'm really unsure about the gender question, I don't think we have a definitive answer yet and different generations are heavily skewed towards different positions. But thank you for not stopping at that, because it's a minuscule part of his wisdom and treasure of opinions, and so much of what he shares is needed in today's world. Best of luck on your journeys.

Thank you for this because I was feeling lonely and sad and vulnerable. I live airplane distance from my mom and I wanted a hug. Also I was talking to her about the cruelty of humans and the cruelty of other races and that life at it's very very bottom meaning has no meaning itself. That you for yourself give life a meaning. In the last 48 hours I did actions that were not beneficial to me that sunk me rapidly and it felt like Venom from Spiderman that covers your thoughts, your emotions and suddenly you just have one way of thinking, which is this Venom way. So this video made me realize that I was just encountering myself with my shadow, which is also part of myself and the fact of knowing this gave me clarity and now I know that as it was said here: "... just ksks

The Protestant minister, Martin Luther King, spoke of having a dream that all people would be treated as being equal. But do you think he meant everyone? NO he didn't, because his bible would have "told him" that unrepentant sinners were not equal to those who believed in Jesus and who had their sins washed away. I have a dream, and that is, that people will admit that we are born selfish ... as in ... survival of the fittest ... and that we take all this foolish nonsense of reward and punishment in a supposed afterlife ... out of mental "circulation."

Uncle John’s Bathroom Reader … Plunges Into History Again Martin Luther King Jr. was christened Michael Luther King Jr. in 1929. Five years later, his father, Michael King Sr. returned from a trip to Europe and changed his and his son’s name in honor of the 16th-century church reformer.

I can see your argument and can understand some of what you are saying. My only question is what do we do with the people who do evil things? You murder, abuse people and just make people’s life horrific, in your dream there are no consequences for them. So what happens to them, do they just get away with it.

@@n.t.495 That word "evil" stems from theologians claiming that a devil exists to lure humans into committing evil ... which was and is, archaic nonsense. We can, and often are ... nasty aggressive beasts ... just as can be, and often are ... all other animals. And when we (for instance) kill others, we must be locked away. It is unfortunate however that the system is flawed ... as are all the rest of us ... because many times ... those who are innocent of crimes are locked away, and put to death ... along with those that did commit the crimes. Rather than being terrified of that ridiculous archaic word "evil," I suggest that we should be "grounded" and be made fully aware of the damage caused to each other ... by our own uncontrolled anger. Raymond W. Novaco coined the phrase Anger Management. "We all experience anger; anger only becomes a serious concern when an individual is angry too frequently, too intensely, and for too long." ~ Raymond W. Novaco, 1984

@@n.t.495 You might, or might not find the following that I wrote to be of interest ... concerning how thought can lead people totally down nasty paths of no return. Pornography was and is bad news for society. There was a time not so long ago that pornography was considered as a man seeing a woman's bare ankle. Therapists are now concerned that pornography is resulting in many men who are addicted to pornography (without the help of a stimulant such as Viagra) becoming impotent. Such an addiction starts out as seemingly innocent, but as the addiction to soft porn becomes repetitive and boring, new types of sexual viewing is needed to stimulate the erotic senses. Crossing the boundary between soft porn to hard porn to the next step of forced brutal sex against the wills of men or women, can soon become uncontrollable to some perpetrators. More women and men are being raped and murdered because rough-forced sex learned from hard-core pornography, is for many men, becoming normal, and these men that rape do not want to be incarcerated for the rapes, so they kill their victims, knowing that if they allow them to live, they will be reported and in turn, incarcerated. Many serial killers started out believing that watching pornography was an innocent pastime. Examples: Serial killer Jeffrey Dahmer of Wisconsin, speaking of his routine before hunting for a victim said, “Just…using pictures of past victims…the pornography videos, the magazines…” Jeffrey Dahmer killed 17 boys and men. Ted Bundy, convicted rapist and mutilation murderer of Washington, said that hard-core pornography had a "crystallizing effect" on his violent tendencies and his acting out during the 1970s. Richard Ramirez was exposed to explicit pictures of his cousin "raping Vietnamese women and severing the heads of Vietcong soldiers." He in turn killed at least 13 people in California. It was unfortunate that those men couldn’t see ahead to know that the price of those thrills was to spend the rest of their lives incarcerated, or, to have their own lives cut short by the enforcement of the death penalty. You might be certain that you have control over pornography … and that might be true … until one day you find that pornography has complete control over you.

@@jasonrowe9224 that’s an impressive level of discipline. I can see that working hard and taking care of people is important to you. The reason I said it sounds sad is that. I image the fulfillment of that dream as you as an old man all alone in the woods with no one. That sounds sad. I can share my dream in contrast, I dream of being an old lady surrounded by children, grandchildren and their friends. With me encouraging and helping people along their lives, hopefully helping them develop a discipline much like yours, but also helping them avoid some of the many pitfalls of life. I would like to be a neighborhood grandma for all. But look, I know we are all different if that is your dream keep on it, I hope it gives you what you are looking for.

I would like the dreams of those who are transgender to come true, in that they would be treated with the same respect that those of us who are heterosexual and homosexual wish to be treated. I'm an Atheist, yet I found this book very interesting, as it helped me to understand the suffering of those who are transgender and are often perceived as "sinners" by those in religions, who in turn … look “down” on them. In the quest to feel normal, this 6 foot 3 inch person as an adult changed genitals from male to female. From the book … God Doesn’t Make Mistakes: Confessions of a Transgender Christian … author … Laurie Suzanne Scott THE LOSS OF FAMILY: One thing I’ve learned in my life is that it’s almost impossible for “normal” people to wrap their heads around someone being transsexual. You’re either male or female, a man or a woman. I’ve just described 99.7% of the human race, including you who are reading this right now. But if you are part of the .3% whose body doesn’t match your sense of who you are, well then welcome to my world. There is just no way to fully explain it in a way that someone can internalize and fully understand. Just as a man knows he’s a man and a woman knows she’s a woman, a person who is transsexual knows their body is wrong and may not know what to call it-but they know. However, some folks, including Christians, refuse to accept that it's possible to truly be transgender (I’ll add that 2,000 years ago many Christians also refused to accept that the world was round-I’m just sayin’)
