Powerful sermon by Ps Ankit " Don't Let Your Faith Become Weak " My key learnings : - Faith has to be fed continually by the Word of God which is the food of faith. - Faith comes by hearing and becomes effective by acknowledgment and speaking the Word of God. - If you are not hearing the Word , you are hearing and bringing out the fruit of the world. - Rom 3:27 says Faith is a law. - 2 Peter 1: 2 - Grace and peace is multiplied through the knowledge of God and Jesus ( through the Word ) . You cannot be ignorant of the Word and live like a champion. - Multiplied Grace is called Favor. - Religion has a habit of putting things in the future that God has put in the past. - Knowledge of what belongs to us is most important for us to walk in our inheritance in Jesus. - Prayers don't work because they are mixed with tears but work because they are mixed with faith. - We are not born of a corruptible seed but the incorruptible seed of the Word of God. - Mark 11:24 - When you pray believe that you have received it and it shall be yours. - True Christianity is not trying to get more from God by manipulation and convincing Him but it is discovering our inheritance in Christ Jesus. - The primary way God reveals His will and speaks to His children is through His Word and not through dreams and visions. - Isaiah 5:13 - People go into captivity because of lack of knowledge of the Word. - Philemon 1:6- Acknowledgement of all good things in us makes our faith effective. - Romans 4:19-20 - Abraham did not reason with God but became strong in God by giving Him glory and by not considering his natural circumstances. - Worship is not just singing but giving God your full awareness no matter what our situations are. - God has given us ALL THINGS pertaining to life and godliness. - 1 Peter 5:8-9 - Devil is our only adversary. Worship God and resist Satan. Resist God by being steadfast in faith. - Satan always gives us lying symptoms to check whether we are steadfast in our faith. - The number 1 way to defeat Satan is by speaking the Word of God. Read the Bible back to Satan to make him flee. - Your life will have evidence of faith when you are a faith warrior.
