DO NOT LIE TO YOURSELF! It is ok to mess up in life. It is ok to make the wrong decision. It is ok to come into that competition and drop the ball. It is not ok to Lie To Yourself day after day that you have done all that you can. The way you look, the way you act, the way you are treated are all based on actions or things you are doing right now. If you mess up, learn from it, become better, and push forward! Do not sit there and Lie to yourself, and blame the people around you. You must learn to take responsibility for your actions. You must find your purpose. Not your purpose in life, but your purpose for each day. Number one on your list should be: being a good person. You must uplift those around you.
There is always going to be someone out there that is working harder than you. You cannot get mad at this. You have to accept this, and figure out: "how can I do better!" Not sit there and talk sh*t about how someone else looks better than you, has more money than you, has WHATEVER! This is when you need to look yourself in the face, stop lying to yourself, and start putting in the work. In whatever that may be! There is a lot of negativity out there everyone. Talking crap on others is not helping anything. It certainly isn't helping you reach your goals.
What should you take away from this video? It is very SIMPLE. Do all that you can EVERY SINGLE DAY to help you and those around you reach their goals. Great things happen to great people. It is never too late to change your attitude, and start living life in a more positive direction.

Lacky Parker I’ve moved down in the weight I’ve been lifting to avoid ego-lifting, in order to improve form and optimize the effort I’m putting in. I feel as though the guy OP was talking about starts out with light weight for the same reason. I could be completely wrong, though.

@lackyparker7799 maybe lifting light weights was giving him the most gains. Gaining is not simply about lifting as heavy as possible all the time forever. You have to change up your routine over years. Besides. Dude could have simply been warming up or cooling down. No one knows. It's all conjecture lol.

This is me right now. I make good money. Hate my job and hours i work. Its hard on my family but the money i make supports us well. My wife knows i dont like it anymore. She even suggested once i think about doing what i want to do which is personal training etc. I love helping people reach their goals but the money as a personal trainer is like half of what i male now. Would be a huge cut financially to my family. So even if i did switch careers id be happy but stressed having tight finances. My kids would not have the same life. I know others are in the same boat. Its just a hard situation mentally to be in where one thing is good for ypur fam and the other is good for yourself. I appreciate these videos from you seth. Real talk for a change is always welcomed.

It's not like you need to invest a 100% in doing this. Just pick a day or two out the week. Dedicate maybe 2-3 hours tops. You have no excuses not to pursue this as a fulfilling hobby. Don't be a fucking bitch and make excuses. Just find the time. The time spent whoring around on social media is time spent personal training.

I’ve learned so many things from you Seth and other people that are very successful in what they do and have put it into what I’m doing in my life. Everything you talk about in this video has happened to me and is currently happening in my life. I’ve learned how to manage my time better and have found daily routines that work for me by making mistakes and suffering. The only way you learn is by choosing to go through the pain. You enjoy going through the pain because as soon as you become your passion, find what makes you happy and find daily routines that work for you then the task everyday becomes very simple. Just keep grinding and give it everything you have.

Brother this is the BEST motivation I’ve heard in a long time. Everything your saying is what I’ve always tried to help people with. It starts with yourself! People always ask me “are you ever in a bad mood?” “How are you always up near?” I just tell them I have my issues and down time but they’re not yours su why bring them to you. I work as a delivery driver for Budwwiser not far from you. It’s great to see that we still have real people left in this world! Keep it up Seth. The world needs more of us 👍👍💪💪
