I think it is the greatest thing being a sigma

It is. And we can still evolve beyond being just a sigma... to evolve.

I'm glad you enjoy the content, Pulifrici.👊 Sometimes, it is challenging to maintain the right mindset especially when your current circumstances (environment or people around) don't live up to it. I understand, so I'm just making the type of content I wish I saw back as a younger dude.

I laughed through 5:00 cos it felt like I was the one talking 😂😂. And many parts of the video. "Talk doesn't cook rice ". Exactly. I feel like many people try to hide their introverted side because they are afraid of being judged. I've also learned that having introspection and having conversations with myself and writing them down help me to be a bit prepared for 'surprise' questions people ask. Also it's good to capture stories about your life to tell to people at small talks. It feels natural and comfortable because it's something you did and people like that. That way, it keeps the talk flowing. Or having little jokes. I will like say i love your room and it has inspired me. My favourite colour is that aqua blue/ turquoise around the mirror and the colours in the room compliment each other. You are doing a great job, bro!!👌🏿.

Thanks for taking the time to watch and comment, Boom Arang. I like the way you put it: "good to capture stories about your life to tell to people at small talks". Add to this living a badass and interesting lifestyle and you'll resemble the "Dos Equis" dude.🔥 Having lived a rich life means it is easier to relate to people from all walks of life. From my experience, our tendency to lean towards being quiet (even about personal achievements, unless asked) makes us appear more humble which goes a long way with people. Appreciate that you like my room and the colour scheme, man, it is the type of "lone wolf cave" I've always wanted. Created not only to motivate me, but to inspire you guys watching as well👊 Take care, bro!

Exactly! One moment you want to join the cool crowd, and soon realise you just really hate it there 😂 being in the stem field myself, I can say that it's so widespread now, that all types of people join. It's not just nerds anymore. There will always be the more talkative ones and then me, the observer, methodic with my interventions, that usually clicks with one out of the group. Sigmas or not, try to mingle for the sake of the challenge but know when it's your cue to leave

"Try to mingle for the sake of the challenge but know when it's your cue to leave" 100%. Most often than not, the only people who genuinely like being part of the "cool crowd" are the top dudes or girls. The rest are trying their best just to fit into the standard. They work for the recognition or validation of others, yet wonder why they feel disconnected and no longer recognize themselves at times.

I like your content but I feel there is to much base is the audio, it's hard to hear in headphones or directly off my phone. The speakers crackle from the base . I'm not really complaining it's just hard to follow you at times.

Thanks Evil Monkey for taking the time to let me know👊I'll look into better audio editing in the future videos. Glad to know you still like the content despite the occasional slip-up.💪
