Blackpink was probably in the middle of their contract negotiation by the time Spotify or YG wanted to recpord a video. Also, it isnt weird to listen to albums all the way through! I prefer playing whole albums, especially when I'm cleaning, writing, crafting, etc. However, I am also that person who knows exactly which album a song came from and which order the albums were released, which I've also been told is weird, so take my opinion with as many grains of salt that you want.
