When I started off with RA symptoms.I realised the only treatment available is only treating the symptoms and not the root cause. I started gaining knowledge from different system of medicines on the same issue. Heard from an ayurvedic doctor body becomes acidic in RA. . No harm in trying alkaline water I thought and bought one at night from apollo phrama near by my house. Next day, I found no stiffness I was surprised. Found that particular brand has potassium bicarbonate. As a part of going deep I watched a lot of dr Susan brown’s videos and gotta know why and how I felt better. When I listen to Dr P K Jain I feel proud and know for a fact such doctors are rare.
