From a player that has clocked 150h+ on the game, have several built characters and got all terminus weapons, If you want a good template for all your characters, these are mandatory: - 4x damage cap V - 1x war elemental - 1x supp dmg V - 1x tyranny V - 1x stamina V - 1x crit chance V - 1x signature sigil From here you still have 2 slots left, 1 if you dont have the double signature sigil, or 3 if you have it and also have the crit chance sigil with either tyranny or stamina. You can either slot: - Combo Booster V for more damage across the board if your character attacks very fast or very consistently, or - Linked Together V to cap on link attack dmg and also increasing sba dmg as well as filling the link meter way faster. You can also ignore both and slot extra 2x Supp Dmg V to get 100% supp damage chance. ( Important: Either go 1x Supp dmg V or 3x Supp dmg V, 2x is not optimal.) You will also want Aegis V sigil paired with some of the skills below. Without it you sit at an uncomfortable 30k hp which is pretty low and not optimal for the next upcoming raid. Aegis will get you past 40k hp threshold once you max out your character, but below 45k hp for your teminus weapon requirements. Ofc im not taking into consideration the secondary skills you can get from all these sigils, but you will usually want these, which are pretty good on all type of content : - Uplift (faster sba) - Drain (must have, to heal chip dmg) - Quick Cooldown (for faster rotations) - Cascade (Quick cooldown is better allround if you have to choose between the two) - Guts (must have imo) - Potion Hoarder (must have) - Auto Revive - Improved Dodge - Nimble Onslaught - Steel Nerves is also good if your character has inbuilt Stout Heart in their kit or you use Stout Heart sigil. Rest of the sigils are either bad or extremely situational in the current state of the game. Hope that helps and sorry for the long comment.

I think the more important thing to note about sigils is that its ok to stack full defense so you dont get one tapped if thats what it takes to learnthe fight. Just like he mentioned oeople are constantly getting picked up off the floor and you can fail the raid because of it. Glass cannon builds i love but only if you know the fight...ive ran proto bahamut so many times i know exactly how many combo rotations i have before he changes phases and ik how to dodge or block everything he does so unless youre on that level you shouldnt be using Glass Cannon....but if you are its one of the best sigils

Flight over fight is a amazing sigil for survival however it lowers attack but it's great for learning fights it also helps me pick up others on the ground as I use it with invincibility sigils from perfect dodges my damage my be low but support is nothing to sneeze at that's my opinion.

@@neoji3714 actually yea I did some limit testing and the negative atk% is basically offset by a single Tyranny and a maxed out weapon and invincibility sigils are very common as secondaries so it's easy to stack them as well. Dodge Payback also boosts your atk during the invincibility time so it's another way to offset that huge atk penalty.

Theoretically you can get 2 supp v+ back to back, but seeing people using more than 1 in multiplayer is very sus. There was some youtuber with 3 supp v+ in less than a week, when people started to talk about how rare it was, 2 of these supp v+ magically vanished from their builds. It's almost like people had 7 attack gems on MHW after an month, but at least most of the youtubers (especially speedrunners) are very clear saying they cheated it. And let's be honest, nothing in the game requires this much power, i play mostly solo and i was afraid when people said you can only solo if you have stupid builds like running 2-3 supp v+, but in reality you can do everything with almost no effort.

-Good thing to know, the game actually indicates for you if you've hit your damage cap. the number has a line of gold flash through it along with a gold circle in the middle. if you watch for that then theirs no need for guess work as to whether or not you've made it to your damage cap. -Also Eugen's name is pronounced Oi-Gen with a hard G. -You can change your gear in the practice mode by pressing esc/start and going to training menu.

i wouldnt put crit dmg in any kinds of build cause by endgame you should already be hitting dmg cap so youre just wasting a sigil slot that couldve benefit the character youre playing or other characters and War Elemental i have no idea who said it but if you have it please always equip it cause it gives you a 20% dmg increase whether the boss has an element weakness or not as for Supplementary dmg its free dmg but you really dont need three(100% to proc supplemental dmg) hell you can even put one supplement dmg v which gives you 42% chance to proc supplemental dmg but in a game where youre constantly dealing dmg 42% will trigger quite alot which in that case gives you either one or two free sigil slots to put whatever in maybe improved dodge/guard or steel nerves if your character has stout heart or you have the sigil or garrison if youre playing Vaseraga or aegis or maybe youre a god at dodging and blocking and always getting perfect dodges/guard you can slot in the payback sigils or playing a character with charged attacks you can slot in quick charge or slot in a linked together so all those build videos with three supplemental dmg v isn’t mandatory especially if you dont care about 100% proccing it

in my opinion it should still be in your build considering that proud bosses have multiple bosses or change elements(pyet) or have ads that have different elements(proto bahamut) and on a sidenote ill say it again war elemental gives you a 20% dmg increase against bosses that have no elemental weakness its just a very beneficial sigil to have

From someone who own consol but also a gaming pc.. With the trainer i indulge myself into infinite curio box, end up doing around 50.000 box gachas before i need to stop because i reach the 5.000 sigil limit and decided to stop right there... out of that i got only 31 V+ supp damage with most of them roll into junky 2nd stat like provoke or rupie or any resistance which is kinda useless. For war elemental and supp V they drop quite often so if you feel like not getting any war elemental believe me you'll be getting it soon enough just keep farming, but if you're into optimal build like V+ supp with uplift or cascade or nible by doing it legit way i can only say good luck and keep farming

I actually have a 1 Supplementary V+ with an Auto Life substat which drop for me when I was still progressing through Maniac to unlock Proud. I saw it and thought oh it's only a chance activation and I never equipped it, I sorta just left it in inventory till I saw the 100k curio reddit post and realised how rare it was. So I guess I lucked out and I haven't seen a V+ ever since and I've gotten almost all the Terminus Weapons and have probably identified hundreds upon hundreds Curios and still no Supp V+ aside from that one I've gotten.

The version of the game might matter : to be able to AFK farm more than 10 quests during the night, you'd have to be on one of the first versions of the game. Maybe the drop rate was also different? Anyway, for what it's worth, on the current version of the game, having obtained all Terminus weapons and maxed half of them, doing a lot of AFK farming... I have 3 Supplementary Damage V, and 2 IV+ with garbage side perks. With the number of sigil slots we are given, and the number of slots occupied with offensive sigils to reach the damage cap after pushing said cap by 65 lvl of "Damage cap" ; unless you have decent side perks on a Supplementary Damage sigil, it's not worth slotting. You're better off with alternative ways to boost your damage such as reducing CD of skills, or Celestial Arts.

Got 2 Supp V+ at 130h. Second stat is crap though. One is fast learner and other is low profile which is fine. Also got 3 war elementals. Havent gotten any CritRate V+ with aegis/uplift/dmg cap, or Dmg cap V+ with crit rate/aegis. Seeing so many flex those.

weird that the opposite for me , i had pretty quickly a ton of war elemental and AFK farmed for the character specigic sigils with both good traits exclusive ... but i got like 2 Supplementary damage in total and i opened around 1000 or more curios , ( im at 450 hours total ) .. the RNG is killing me in this game some drops are so rare .

That's just a cut in the video edit, but you can sort your sigils in your menu for more organization. I'd recommend you sell off or trade your sigils that you don't use at the knicknack store once in a while for more organization.

Don't look for it ! Normal V supplementary damage aren't worth using. Focus on reducing cooldowns or even survivability instead.

Just as an aside, when you have fully levelled weapons, particularly the Terminus weapon, you often only need 1 damage boosting sigil like Stamina or Tyranny. You won't necessarily need to stack on 3 Tyranny sigils to reach max damage because your base attack will be so much higher. Another note to make is the difference between a percentage attack increase like Tyranny and a percentage damage increase like Concentrated Fire or Combo Booster. If you have high base attack, running one Combo Booster, which increases your damage by 70%, may be a good option as well. It just depends on what your character does.

How rare is to get that sigil that gives you the 2 unique passives for a character? And I thought curios content was determined by where you got it

It's not extremely rare. It's more so, that since there are many characters, the chance that you'll get the one for the character you're looking for is that much lower. I feel like 1/30ish chance to get a double, but with 20 characters, the one you're looking for might end up to be like a 1/600 chance. That being said, if you farm quests and trade your excess items and useless sigils/wrightstones for vouchers, you can get plenty of rolls. As far as curios, my understanding is that it doesn't really matter where you get it. The RNG pool seems to be the same. Someone please correct me if I'm wrong about that.

Yeah i don't understand how people were getting supplementary dmg. The other day i finally managed to save up 60 curios after 3 days of questing regularly and only just got my first war elemental with everything else being garbage-esque sigils like life-on-the-line IV+ with improved healing.

Tyranny V x3 is way overkill. Same goes for Concentrated Fire V x3. Not having all Sigil slots is already a good indicator that the character isn't "at endgame", so this looks a lot more like a early post-game progression guide. The most baseline build for endgame is just getting a total of 65 levels in Damage cap, 100% crit rate by mixing over mastery bonuses and sigils (charge attack-based characters can use Lucky Charge instead of Crit Rate sigils here), and probably something like Tyranny and Stamina. You still have some space for Aegis, Garrison and the character's sigil. This + the base stats from Ascension / Terminus weapons is usually enough to reach your max damage on most characters, minus skills with extremely high caps such as Io's Flowery Seven, while still keeping some survivability. You can also get defensive options from the second skills on sigils (like dmg cap + autorivive, Aegis + guts, and so on). Most of what I just said here is achievable before you're likely to get your first War Elemental. The rest, like supp damage, is cherry on top if you can get it.

You have to now increase your attack dmg. Stamina, Tyranny, Glass Canon, Life on the Line, crit hit chance, aegis, and overall attack sigils will suffice. Be sure to also use imbuements, mastered, and level up your alt weapons. Let us know if that works.

Oh and Supplementaries work as well, they are similar to Echo damage in past Granblue titles.

@@sYs-tems i mean like i have 6 dmg cap V (for max dmg cap value), 1 stamina, 1 tyranny, 1 aegis, 2 counter dodge, and 1 awakening. If i trade for example my counter dodge sigils, for another tyranny, my dmg stay the same even tho i only have around 10500 atk. They might need this much atk for something specific like(iirc) Rack jump charge attack have rly high DMG cap so to cap it you need a lot of dmg sigils

HAHAHAH That intro was insane. Personally, I found When I Put one Stamina, one Life on the line, Plus, one more Dmg Multiplier of your choice (whether it be Concentrated Fire for ranged or Tyranny for example) is when I hit the Dmg CAP (with Fully upgraded Masteries, Plus a Stinger Weapon). Now, Idk how consistent this formula is across all characters but My point is, Putting more than one Sigil of the same name when it comes to Dmg multipliers (Excluding Dmg CAP and Supplemental Dmg) will Probably Not be efficient for your Sigil slots giving that the bonus really diminishes at higher levels, you're better off with a different Dmg Amp sigil. What Iam really curious about is, how Worth is a Bahamut weapon really Compared to other weapons Fully upgraded?. Like, How worth is 100% Dmg cap from catastrophe practically?

terminus weapon are worth honestly essential for your build did some testing with Ferry with sigils Life On the Line, stamina, tyranny, and war elemental equipped with non Terminus weapon, five dmg cap, and +99 mirage munitions i was only hitting 79914 compared to with a fully awakened Terminus weapon +99 where i was hitting 97912(max dmg with Ferry unless you have glass cannon) with less dmg cap due to innate dmg cap from awakened weapons so theres a 22% damage difference and do remember +99 on Terminus weapon gives you 6283 atk making it the highest weapon with atk

My score on Bahamut with Charllota before the Ter Weapon was 10m-13m after the Ter Weapon and Supl sigil is 18m-16m my highest score was 18.9m but ofc with the perfect performance so that is how worth the Term weapons for you there is no compare at all it is no brainer the best for the max dps

The terminus weapons are objectively the best weapons in the game for EVERY character. They give the biggest stat boost with it's flat attack, (at lvl 1 is like 1,500ish attack) when ascended ya get damage cap ect. The upgrade routes on skill tree for the weapon are quite big DMG cap buffs and the catastrophe DMG cap +100% and +50% attack stack with other sigils. I believe even if your maxed on DMG cap (250% increase) the catastrophe from Terminus buffs your DMG cap to 350% overall so it's absolutely essential to get it for your characters

found 1 supp v+ with provoke after 15 hours 1 shooting fire elemental beast on vh after that i've stopped farming curio and gone back to leveling terminus weapons. 250 hours plus and the one i got is worst than the non V+. clear time is 10-15 sec for the quest curio is like a 2/3 quest ratio.

Yea you are correct, it's a T4 curio drop which is a 3% and Supplementary Damage V+ (0.3% - 30) to appear in the T4 chest. Getting sup lV+ is a better goal to set. supp v+ is just a trophy then anything else.

The stats from some sigils are multiplicative off each other for example it’s never worth it to run multiple tyranny sigils you get a much better buff from just 1 tyranny and 1 stamina not sure if this was mentioned since I’m not all the way through the video tbh but I just thought I’d mention that

One thing is that you doing this on an ascension weapon that isnt awakened. A better weapon to use at this stage is the crit one. It has the MUCH higher base attack than unawakened ascension (even with the lvl 25 attack trait, you need lvl 35-45+ to finally make that trait decent) and helps you crit more consistently instead of only ~50% and crits are huge for capping damage. Ascnesion weapon relies more on being awakened or at least having good sigils and imbues (i.e. "enough" crit rate and lvl 45+ attack). The crit damage masteries from the crit weapon are good for capping early too and carry over to other weapons.

I'm personally close to 70 hours in the game, beat all the available quests and haven't gotten either war elemental or supp damage sigils (or the potion related exclusive). Not just no +sigils, not even the base versions (and I think supp damage can even roll at IV?). I'm also "only" at two terminus weapon drops, while two of my mates have been getting terminus drops pretty much back to back to back. Game definitely feels a little rigged at times.

Id have to say the more annoying thing with bmg cap is that it's inconsistent across the same unit. For example blue stance narmaya is hitting cap in her basics but swap to pink and oh I'm no longer capped?

FYI, Namaya's blue stance's normal attack cap is 43514, and for pink stance it is 108794; also normal attack dmg cap doesn't represent for skill dmg cap, combo attack's dmg cap and awakening's damage cap.

One advice from me. If you see content creator, using supp dmg V+ 3x + war elemental, just take it as reference on how much one character can do the damage. Don't take it as a "Standard" build. The game doesn't have PvP content, so why would we even bother? just play the way you do and enjoy the content that the game has to offer. Exactly! We share the same view as a team. Everyone can do what they want, but just take what you see out there with a grain of salt when it comes to what you should be expecting to find in the game. We just hope that people don't waste too much time grinding for items with astronomically low drop rates, and rather spend their time enjoying the game or working on their player skills.

tbf at lvl 100 character you have at least 1 member in a team with full gear and full masteries, w/o terminus weapon. 50k mastery points not that hard to farm and 150 lvl weapon to.
