Thanks for all the tips! I must say I’m shocked how late you go to bed! What time do you get up? I’m in bed with lights out usually by 9pm and I’m up by 5:30am. Living in Arizona, where it’s ridiculously hot this summer, you have to get any yard work or errands done as early as possible. The afternoons are so hot, all you do is read, rest, relax until dinner time. Anyhow, hope you get at least 8 hours sleep!

Ditto here on the bedtime and making sure I get my 8h. Now, making that 8h quality is a struggle but I keep at it. 😉

I get up at 9 am, unless I have a function to go to and then I try to go to sleep earlier

I do get my 8 hours as I work from home and get up at 9 am

SO many (expensive) products! And layers upon layers and layers.😖 At 70, I am simplifying my makeup and skincare. I believe there are many really good drugstore products that work every bit as well as the 💰💰💰products. Keep your skin clean and moisturized and keep your makeup simple - and less really is best.
