Necessary materials
For the Dough:
1 tablespoon of olive oil (10 ml)
1 teaspoon of dry yeast (3 g)
1 glass of warm water (220 ml)
2.5 cups of flour (300 g)
1 teaspoon of salt (3 g)
For Vegetables:
4 medium sized eggplants
1 red pepper
1 yellow pepper
1 onion
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 cloves of garlic
1 teaspoon each of salt, black pepper, red pepper flakes and thyme
For the above:
Grated cheddar cheese (50 gr)
Thyme and ground pepper
Baking: 30 minutes in the oven at 200 °C
