Thank you - I've been wanting to do this sauce for so long. Every recipes seems to call for Tahini. Can't find it locally. So it is nice to see it made fully from scratch with just the toasted sesame.

I wouldn't. This is more for meat/rice/cooked vegetables. You want more of a tang for salad dressing.

Please make a salad dressing using sesame ? Have you tried the Kewpie brand sesame?
