Re West vs East Gap: At this point if Eastern(LPL/LCK) teams haven't created inhouse training tools for drills mimicing the league environment I'd be shocked. The fact we don't hear about it in NA/EU leads me to believe they primarily do scrims and 1v1s for practice. Practice Tool in LoL is painfully lacking, I know Riot has a phobia about having a proper custom games mode seeing as their IP was made from ripping off a Blizzard custom game, but the fact its been 8 years since practice tool was released and you still cant use it for a 5v5 environment where coaches could set up past and hypothetical game states to practice inhouse strategies is a damn shame. The fact players have been asking for it since I started in S2 is even worse. Quarter final spoiler: In G1 when Faker walked pixel perfect to dodge the Azir ult then ate J4 ult and still won the delayed 2v2 I knew it was a wrap. The GOAT is getting his 4th crown this year.
