If a woman practices martial arts every day for several years they have kicked and jumped and stretched and are very balanced and very fast. It looked easy because she practiced over and over and over. She wasn't afraid which also makes her strikes right on target. Could be fake , but then again a trained martial arts fighter can put the average person down usually with one hit. Speed , accuracy, learning how to focus power , calmness = advantage.
