First limit the particles earned so people spend money. Next make the raids cost almost the limit you can have but allow you to buy past the limit to spend money. Next add a cap to how many particles earned a day to make people spend money. Next allow you to use a power up that makes you do more damage by spending money. XP is only useful until you hit lv31 so you can earn XL candies and stardust. Max Mushrooms in the main series allowed you to give a Pokémon its GMax form who didn’t have it or remove it if you didn’t want it. Now it’s some BS damage booster. Dynamax raids are terrible in PoGo and a huge scam to dump money and recourses into. No thank you Lapris 100K xp isn’t worth $1.50 minimum per lapris, and that’s not including star pieces, lucky eggs, max mushrooms, and whatever resources you wanna dump into this crap. No thanks I can see the scam from a mile away.

a good overlooked strategy, fight earlier in the day when there is a insignificant mon...say like Wooloo and you leave behind a Chamander...to boost the damage of the group for the day for that spot. If you get enough people to leave behind, that's a 20% damage boost (15+ helpers, 4 icons). Even just 1 helper is a 10% damage (15% for 2 to 3 helpers which is 2 icons, 18.8% for 4-14 helpers which is 3 icons).

just a small correction: gigantamaxes don't have more than one attack move like dynamaxes can have. So changing your fast move does not have any effect to those. Toxtricity Gigantamax has only access to Stun Shock but only Dynamax Toxtricity can have poison move as attack, for an example.

also want to point out that for Gmax mons, you want the fast move with tge shortest animation time. each attack give 1+(X% of boss health dealt) energy towards maxing, but on gmax bosses you’ll never do more than 1%, so a .5 second fast attack will get you to max the fastest possible

Caught a hundo and a shiny in Sydney. These gigantamax events are a little frustrating, it have a 4.5 to 5 hour round trip on the train to get to my nearest city to partake in the event.

@ I did 17 battles, caught 16, was lucky to get the hundo and a 98%. The shiny was 87% (14/14/11). Caught enough to trade with some friends who couldn’t make it. We’ll see how the next one goes 😊

Yes, blastoise is recommended. If your group is small you'll need a tank and blastoise is an amazing one.

Hard agree. Even for players who don't have mobility issues you can walk to a shadow raid or power spot and find yourself the only one there. And none of your friends can remote on to help. So you have to rely on spoofers. It's a broken system.

I regularly stop playing for six months and then come back to see what has changed. I came back when I heard about the Gigamax. Now I’m ready to quit again.😂 the game is ok, but it could be way better if it wasn’t run by Niantic. In the end, I always end up thinking there is someone out there at Niantic that just wants to frustrate the players to ruin the fun.
