Sir I have 3 acre land in Aurangabad city Maharashtra , the land is on the main road & the location is well known for educational hub. We have Jain international , Maharashtra public school , green field international , swami Vivekanand public school , MGM school at proximity of 500 meters to 1 km. Thr are many collages nearby . I am interested to join hands with a reputed school & lease my land for developing a school . Could you please suggest any upcoming schools that require land on lease basis. The best way to go about it would be to find out the big national chains and reach out to them to see if they would be interested the second thing you could do is look for schools were successful in 30 to 40 km around your school as they may want to open the second branch or in towns around your location as they may want to expand and reach out to them and see if they would be interested in your land.
