It didn't shatter his windshield it was water from the coolant hose that blew and caused all the steam

And then 5-6 officials all wearing no protective face or chest gear all walk over and peer straight in the top of the engine bay, as if there's no chance of another explosion or boiling hot coolant spraying in their face....
