Finding time for oneself is so important without the constant hustle and bustle of daily life . Time to reflect and grow spiritually makes us better to deal with the constant weight life can bring. So many people are over stressed these days and some of that is from working too much. We do need time to chill out and enjoy life. Hope you take care of yourself too! Love ya!

I learned ( too late ) take care myself first. We as a society are over worked and stressed out. Life is too short to get all stressed out over things that at the end of the day are not important.

I never thought anything about this issue - unfortunately until it was too late. NO job or career is worth sacrificing personal and family time. I am now in my mid 70's - my family have all passed away. My advice to especially younger people - do NOT fall into this trap - over work at the expense of your health, family and friends. In the end, you will miss out on many very enjoyable and meaningful personal and family experiences. Maximize the time that you have and spend it with your family and friends - not spending all of your time at the office or on your unrealistic career and personal goals. In the end, it is NOT worth it. When I was in my 30's and 40's I wanted to become the CEO of the company I worked for over 35 years. Ironically, I was " pushed out " at age 58 - viewed as " too old " - too expensive to the company. If I had it to do over - I never would have followed that course. Life is short - make it meaningful. Money is NOT everything.

I am starting to think about my childhood days where they are carefree without worrying. It’s when we hit adult life that most of our problems grow. I used to have a campervan and go into isolation with a friend. Hope you enjoy today or whatever time zone you are in Jack. ❤️👍👋👋👋

Jack - SPOT ON - Overwork - unrealistic expectations leads to unnecessary stress and burnout. I learned this the hard way. I used to get all stressed out at work - trying to over achieve - exceed my expectations. In the end it was not worth it. I have learned to be better balanced and pace myself - including making personal quality time to relax and enjoy doing the things I want to do. I used to put my career and work over my personal life and my family ( sadly, family members now all deceased ) is one of my biggest regrets.

Yeah those can be hard man burnout can be the worse and especially when you lose your sight of family members and taking care of your own life and health
