Jugg is not very meta right nos because he takes awhile to go online. But if you actually play him like a support (or more passive) early game and you have tanky pos 2 and 3 it can work quite well because his healing ward is still amazing. Once he starts getting aghs and butterfly that's when he can go for kills.
