During hearing on Kolkata rape and murder case, Solicitor General Tushar Mehta and Advocate Kapil Sibal engaged in heated exchange over the statements made by political leaders. During the event, Chief Justice of India waded and asked both of them not to politicise the issue.

Who is the CJI to force me as a citizen to return normalcy? It takes 32 years to deliver justice to 100+ girls in Ajmer case and look at the audacity of the CJI to ask for normalcy!!! Central govt should intervene immediately and bring the president's rule in WB. At the opening remark of CJI at the proceedings said " I am happy to see SibaI appearing for WB govt" I really got shocked. Why CJI is happy for Sibal for appearing for WB govt? Dear CJI we are watching all the proceedings. A precious life of a young doctor is lost. K Sibal is laughing in the court room . Shame on you. Even CJI did not utter a word on the same. Justice Pardiwala ( Hope I am correct)on the right side of CJI was really good asking right, pertinent questions on timeline record to Sibal. Sibal was answerless , was searching for records with junior lawyers. Shows his poor and wrongful preparedness. He always Argued for wrong people , incl terrorist. Shame on you sir. High court proceedings of WB was good. Really feeling sorry for doctors on strike and on justice in India at SC , I am ashamed as a citizen of India.

The main culprit is very much related to RG khare medical college in West Bengal, However medical community demanding security to doctors and for other medical community from general public. The scare factors are/were within medical community more, than from general patient and it's attendants. Laxity of police is striking factor in West Bengal case.

In a larger context, these judges have ensured justice is slowed down across by not adopting a transparent judicial appointment process for judges, also overturned NJAC law passed by elected parliament. They think they are the only ones who know how to protect law and justice and rest are cheats. So the same slow justice system which rarely works. The new criminal laws are a great improvement ensuring not much adjournment possible going fwd at least.

I don't know what supreme court has done to get this much praising by victim's lawyer...Assurance on paper ?...no results on ground. Just a fuxk ton of etiquettes and no capability in terms of handiling such a heinous crime. While sibbal was prepared with almost all the timelines what might be asked by supreme court and most likely "they" forged the documents accordingly. Or maybe he's well aware of such cases and handling CJI's. Victim lawyer is just listening instead of doing the same at the forst place. Seems like they are trainees taking notes for the next case. Everyone knows cases cant be fought on the basis of emotions no matter how transparent they are. Government which is ruled by goons. Police is puppet of those goons. Locals ...most likey not the actual Indians (Thier AADHAR can't be the proof). CBI - searching empty vessels SC - Lemme see what's going on...I don't want to know where all those goons in the middle of the night came from , who was behind them. Did they actually threatened the residents..if yes get them who were they covering POLICE ? THE CULPRIT OR THE GOVERNMENT ITSELF ??...AND START THE INVESTIGATION FROM THOSE GOONS WHO WERE INVOLVED. INSTEAD OF SEARCHING EVIDENCES OF MORE THAN ONE PERSON'S INVOLVEMENT. Public pressure will get released eventually, what Kapil Sibbal is trying to do.. and he'll get his hefty cut in regards of covering such a crime from.
