Very good Fr.Alok. We are orphan without mother. Mother Mary is the mother of Heaven and Earth. She is specially chosen to be mother of our Lord and all of us and we are brothers and sisters of our Saviour Jesus Christ. As we know in the gospel of St.John 19:27 Jesus told to His disciples before His death " Here is your Mother". Mother Mary has more concern for her children,who are on earth. As we know in the time of Jesus ,when Jesus ,Mother Mary and disciples went for wedding at Cana,after sometime in the wedding place wine was over and Mother Mary could notice that and she knew Jesus will do miracles, that's why she told Jesus,the wine is over and Jesus turned water into wine. She is the mediatrix. She is meek and humble of heart. She accepted God's will joyfully and did joyfully. She is the best person to intercede for us. So always we need to request Mother Mary intercede for us to her beloved Son Jesus Christ,our Saviour.

Thanks brother for explaining.....I disagree with some points actually Protestant does not ignore Mary nor they are orphan Christian. Non of the choosen disciple encouraged to anyone to seek help from Mary or offer intention near her. But they suggested to pray for Holy Spirit to reach Jesus path. That is why they disagree when anyone says praying near Mary or offering intention near Mary. Holy Spirit can reach us to Heaven and not anyone . God bless you Brother

Simple questions.... " Is mother Mary God ? " If not then why should we pray to her By reciting Rosary reaptedly . This is what called prayer. Agar maata marriyam khuda nahi to woh kaise humari lakho Catholics ke prayer ko sun sakti hai..? When she is neither omniscient nor omnipresent . Then how can it is possible that she can listen to our 1 Billion Catholics prayer....?
