For some realism you can "hire" a company to come harvest your crops for you. You won't have to lease or buy a combine until you get a little more money. Realistically, you can hire them for 2,000-3,000 dollars per field or look at contracts on your save game and compare other fields the same size with the same crops and go from there to determine how much to hire them for. Just an idea, but that's real my step father hired a company last year to help with his 500 acres after his combine had to go in for repairs before he could even get started harvesting.

He goes all around the country, showing off farming being done, as well as working with them from time to time, or working a bit with the crews that are commercial harvesters, using forage harvesters, combines, large trucks, grain wagons, and the like. Yeah saw it on TV yesterday. Trouble is I like it best of all. I first started following during the covid debacle the 6 Ashes map series. I didnt even know it was a game. i thought it was a well made animated thing. I followed all the different series no matter how old they were. Im an XB One shooter player and bought an FS17 game off Ebay and thats when it all took off. Being long retired I can play FS as long as I like and have no further interest in shooter games. If you get one of the Dominators and go for a header from the matching header pack, don't use the C450-C660 header trailer if you want to pull it with the combine. That softlocks the game when doing that with Manual Attach. Only with a combine though, tractors seam to be fine. Also, the matching headers are in the Claas C450-C660 header pack by the same modder that made the Dominator/Medion pack, Wojtasik

This is a great series. Good work Daggerwin. It kind of makes me think of that series from FS17 on the Irish map with 100 cows. I don't remember the name of the map but it was also really fun. You did corn silage with a trailed forage harvester and lots of hay.

Realistis Damage System mod Unload bales early Exhaust Extension Adjustable mirrors Manual Discharge Real three point attacher Rain pain Combine xpenence ( With this mod u turn on the header but u have to lower it your self n before can start combing u have to select the combine and turn the trashing which just like turning the head on but you have to have the combine selected and turn it on) Manual attach ( which u already using) mud system real dirt particles real dirt color real dirt colors and tracks real dirt fix ( use all five mud mods for the best game play) Rounder wrapped round bales Advaned mantenance mod GPS Real Mower Dusty lands Extension Hope these are a help to ya for realism

I do believe there's a world wide market mod that fluctuates the prices of the crops based on what the players using the mod are mostly producing. So if everyone is doing cotton the price of cotton falls. Could be interesting if not for this series maybe to a future one.

If you ever consider a new silo, I recommend the "Maurice Multilager". I cost 1 euro plus terrain editing, and can take pretty much everything, exept liquids. I use it all the time.

Hi everyone! I am currently laying in my bed with a sick foot and i am really enjoying the pace. Its not too slow nor too fast. I can understand many of your gameplay decisions from a content perspective, although it would be more realistic to leave the meadows as they are instead of plowing them. As your farm has all the infrastructure for a big livestock/dairy operation and no grain bins etc. It would be the better but boring way to farm it. Plus its better for co2storage.

Something you may have missed (and a lot of people do, I did not realise for a long time). You have to turn your crop sensor on for it to properly work and detect the current nitrogen/lime in the ground. You can see at 23:10 it says so in the menu, and is Alt-B for you. This is something PF never makes clear!

Also your sheep are likely not producing, they had 0% health because of overcrowding. You need to get a handle on that! I usually make sure I have enough space for new births by having less sheep. In your case, you could get the expandable pastures mod, plus grazing. Then you can set up your sheep in a field and just let them eat the grass,

In FS22 you do not require a male for breeding. With enhanced animal it even says about using veterinary reproduction which would be very realistic in today's world. You also need to be getting your overcrowded pen down cause any over the 70 limit makes your production and health drop. I would think you could use a grass field pen for your young sheep you get them up in age and price. I would use the move animals mod and buy a dog to make moving the young to that field realistic...ish.
