Actually the bottom line is, an entrepreneur or a business owner will never think of retiring early as he is working for himself and his venture. Retiring early is mostly for employees who are working for other people's dreams. Why will a person be motivated to slog their ass for others especially when their needs are fulfilled by FIRE. The corporate world is become so cruel and toxic that it is not feasible for any normal person to have a satisfying life. No work pife balance, normalising long working hours, toxic bosses and colleagues, its best to retire early. Dear Alok, not everyone is a entrepreneur and business owner.

I usually play 14 odi matches and about 10 T20 matches and do nets 2 times a week. I do this from May till September every year and have been doing this for past 11 years. My club has an “old boys” team who have players in their 60s and even 70s. I live in Europe and close family in UK, mainland Europe and US so I will also travel to see them. I will also travel to see cricket matches. Then there is maintainance of my villa and gardening etc. lots to do. Of course going to the Gym for weight & resistance training. I love reading too and yeah coffee!! My Pension starts at age 64 so I will get a very good one (more than my current annual salary adjusted for inflation). So I don’t need to work beyond 64

the idea he is trying to convey is that one will always need to grow their corpus otherwise what looks like a great networth to retire now ,will not be 20-30 years down the line.here, 5 cr in 1999 which does not grow will be bad after a few decades but 10 cr net worth now which gives sufficient returns ie beats inflation, taxation and also pays for your yearly expenses is good.

Wow!!! Never thought I'll see someone who loves toxic work environment 😅 I've heard of greedy people seeing for the first time 🤣 working in corporate environment like a mule for 16-18hrs a day must seem exciting to him haha... turu story.man so much greed for money is not good just make enough to gain financial freedom and live a comfortable life, if Ambani Adanis and kids aspiring to be like them follow his advice there would have never been Ambani or Adani in india 🤣😂😅 I don't care if he prefers Licking boots for a living but I prefer being my own boss make enough start business and make it to the next lvl. Maybe he would like to work for me as a work mule as he desires it.

To the interviewer - please stop that irritating sound of “piich piich”. It’s really annoying. Hope you listen to your own podcasts.

He is genuine guy, maximum people commenting nagetive because they are confirmation biased and have limited knowledge about real life finance. They all have learnt Personal Finance from Ankur Wariko
