Regardless of the emirates but if you are a citizen of Algeria which is one of the visa required country to the Philippines, you will need an entry visa before you can travel to the Philippines. You can apply at the nearest Philippine Consulate or Embassy in your area

1. You don't need an exit clearance. 2. You have 30 days Visa automatically as a Canadian and you are staying more than 30 days you should go to BI office and buy a 29 day visa extension. If you don't you will have overstayed 3 days and will be fined.
