Hey Damini, if there is an simiple agency or an influencer who just want to run ads for the engagement or to grow, did they also have to fill this self declaration form and one more thing there is a section of "Company Seal" in Self Declaration Form, from where they can get that, is their any other thing we can add rather than a Company Seal. Pls reply to this comment or make a video on it🤔🙏

hi Domini, we tried this form filled as soon as the portal made it compulsory. It is too much time taking, like we have to upload the transcript of the video also. 1. And as you asked that it will be a task for Agency, but I don’t think so. Digital marketers are following it and we cannot charge for that extra. 2. What happen if we use our agency login, and if something goes bad, like services were not been offered by the client to the consumer. Will that affect us in anyway? 3. should we ask organization to make their own ID and provide us with password so that we are not involved with our email ID? 4. What are the consequences if we do not declare and run the ad?

Yes, you are absolutely right. These are valid concerns. Even I mailed my query to that Self Declaration Portal on their given Email id but now almost 15 days are over they didn't respond to it or they don't have any answer to it.
