Tip for people learning Rina: her Pen Ratio buff has an icon you can see below your health bar, so it's easy to tell when you need to swap back to Rina!

i have a question: do i miss something or is it not even possible to get 72% pen ratio on rina? lets say you have her sig w-engine = 24% at max level, s-tier disk 5 = 24%, her "traces" or core skill A C E = 14,4% = 62.4% pen ratio if we add 2pc Puffer Electro we can add 8% more = 70,4% and that should be it, since pen ratio% does not exist as sub-stat so the average rina of a f2p player or low spender will probably hit 46,4% pen ratio without the 24% from her engine, which means her core skill gives max. 23,6% res pen buff. do i miss something or does this sound halfway correct?

@@crappiefisher1331 I'm late to the party, but I'll try to answer anyway. Yes you are correct, but you forgot that there's another W-engine that gives PEN Ratio stat, which is the Slice of Time. At lv 60, it should give 20% Pen Ratio which means F2P player can reach 66.4% PEN Ratio (assuming your other numbers are correct), which in turn will give 28.6% PEN Ratio for her party, 1.4% difference from the max number is not bad for F2P support!

Lycaon is overhyped because Ellen is busted and he synergizes so perfectly with her + the oni. He's the best stunner for now but it's only a matter of time until we get a limited 5 star stunner which is better, and even on the standard banner the anger loli is better at stunning even if she's weaker than teen wolf in other aspects. Rina is by far the best standard banner character as a whole - not only is she second only to Lycaon even now, but she's far more versatile and future-proofed. Her pen ratio buff is insane and works with every team in the game, as well as being one of the few sources of off-field dps so far. Even as new supports come out she's going to stay relevant and easy to slot in almost anywhere, and it's going to be hard for them to make a Shock support (not just a support that is Electric) that's stronger than her without making that character completely busted.

Great Guide! Only small detail missing is that Rina can dodge through opponents. She will phase through them and its helpful for back attacks. (like for Neko or Hollow conditions)

Rina’s basic attack combo is insane with how long it holds it. Basically unless you swap off her or use her ult she keeps her spot in the combo. You could do 3 attacks, the fly around for 15 e seconds, do a dash attack, fly around 10 more seconds, do a dodge counter, then do a skill and if you do a basic after it will still do the 4th attack.

Waiting for Zhu Yuan to release so I can finally start playing my Electric Disorder team with her, Grace and Zhu Yuan just like I did in CBT3. Zhu Yuan and Grace's fast attacks build up their respective anomalies pretty fast to proc Disorder and constantly quick-swapping Rina in to keep her RES-PEN up nearly permanently for juicy damage

ngl I thought I had the worst luck cuz I pulled rina twice, she was my first 5 star, pulled on the special banner and lost my 50/50 to Rina, then pulled on standard banner and got her engine. thought about resetting so I could get more variety but then again she's super powerful and helps my units do more damage so I'll stick with her.

I would recomend showing images when talking about combo order or switch order. Cause sometimes it's hard to visualize even tho you're showing the character doing the animations. Otherwise a great video ^-^

In a grace team I’m pretty sure you don’t care about anomaly proficiency on Rina because you stack it on Grace to trigger the shock. Sure, rina may trigger shocks every so often but you really don’t want her to.

not entirely true, elements in this game don't really have a "trigger." if Rina applied enough electro damage to fill up 30% of the bar, and Grace does the other 70%, the resulting damage is calculated on the stats of both and split in the same way.

Whats the rotation and team order for Rina/Grace/Anton? Currently I'm having Rina first, doing the basic attack combo and going into Grace to trigger shock, going back into Rina and then going to Anton once theyre stunned. I dont know if thats optimal though, itd be great to see a rotation combo guide or something

I feel like i'm the luckiest player, just flexing though because i got Ellen within 5 pulls, got Rina as my free character selector on first 50 puls, got Lycaon on limited W-Engine Banner, got two 5 star W-Engines on standard banner afterwards which is for Rina and Lycaon. (Rina's signature W-Engine and the other W-Engine for stun characters which is the 2nd BiS for Lycaon)

Does her hold attack activate her passive to allow for a quick burst? i noticed that as soon as the animation started you can just swap and the attack still going but rina is still vulnerable unlike her other skills ,so she could be cancelled out of it.

‘Unfettered’ can be pronounced either of the ways you did. Personally, I prefer a lighter ‘t’ sound, where it’s creeping towards a ‘d’ sound. Rolls off the tongue easier.

The wording on the M1 is really bizarre to me. Is it saying that the PEN Ratio buff to allies is 130% of what it was before or is it saying that the max PEN Ratio she gives her allies is now 130%? First one sounds most logical but the wording is kinda confusing. Can someone confirm what it does?

I have tested this and sadly it does not buff Rina herself Side note, her core skill that increases electric dmg, the buff does not show up on the stat screen but the damage is in fact higher.

I just got her C1 and I'm a bit confused about the increase in the buff she gives, since it's written "is increased **to** 130%" and not **by**, what is set to 130% ? Is it the 25% conversion ? Or is it a misspell and it means the total of the pen buff she gives is increase by a % ? It would make more sense for it to be the second option, but then is it an increase of 30% (so a max of 39% then), or 130% (so a max of 69%?????) Good video though there's one part of her utility you missed, since she makes shock last longer, it gives a wider windows to build other elements and proc the combo reaction.

It's not entirely clear how her M1 works, and I still can't find anyone who has Rina's M1 to know for sure how the buff works. The description in english suggests an increase of 30% - (25% from Rina + 12%)*1.3, with other languages, it's more or less the same, but the russian localization says an increase OF 130%, which is most likely a mistake since it would be a very strong buff.
