I would go that line if Yoimiya doesn't have talent R1, because Chongyun burst finisher is good against Wrio end game. but overall I think draw and ramp is better.

Can you make a deck from kazuha and scara? i know this deck is not that good because scara doesn't give much damage and his damage depends on swirl (in this team sayu is better because she can uses wolf gravestone) but i'm just curious about the combo where scara can help attack enemies who are off field

I'm surprised how much I see countdown outside of discard decks. Do you really think drawing 4 for 3 dice is worth it? If the goal is fixing I usually play Inazuma Resonance or Bestest traveling companion (in most cases is enough)

Countdown just straight up adds any deck consistency through draw power if drawn R1 and sometimes even later on the game if you're looking for a specific card. (regardless if your deck has discard mech or not) The dice fixing effect is only the 2nd reason why should include it. Please do note that having Countdown drawn doesn't mean you will just spam use it, you gotta be mindful of the board state and what your goals in the specific match up and decide if you will use it or not. (but most of the time you want to use it esp R1).

such a unique way to play shenhe sc- damn bro how does chongus do 5 dmg skill? 3+1(icy quill) and +1(from talisman??) shenhe and chongus talent would be helpful na?

Yup +1 from Shenhe Quills and +1 from Shenhe Burst. Talent cards would work but would clog the deck and starting mulligan (cuz your'e kinda forced to keep it when drawn R1). I rather get draw and ramp cards R1 over talent.
