I wear the hypercourt express 2 for my carpentry work when i don’t have to wear steel toe boots. Things last forever being on my knees and dragging them over many types of surfaces. The supreme is a little too stiff for my liking but still a nice shoe. Express is super comfy too.

@FootDoctorZach, great that you got round to reviewing these. Here are my thoughts. For me it’s taken a couple of hours to break them in. As I’m using an orthotic insole(Pedag Viva Sport), they raise my foot very slightly, so need to cinch down a little more using the last eyelet. The ankle cushion really helps get a good lockdown. They seem less flexible and nimble than my Mizuno Wave Enforce Tours, which are just about perfect except for the outsole, which have worn almost smooth after 8 months continuous use(no outsole warranty in the UK), approx 4 times a week, for an hour. I hope the outsoles on these last longer. Toe box room is narrower than the Hyper Court Express and Wave Enforce Tour, but my toes don’t feel cramped even with the orthotic. Cushioning is on the firm side, but that’s subjective as I’m comparing them to the WET. I did find they fit quite warm one day last week when the temperature peaked at 15 degrees Celsius(UK), so thinner sock may solve this problem. The design of these shoes are just great, and Kswiss appear to have put some thought into it, and not just slapping ‘K-Swiss’ on the back like they do with their lower-end shoes. Time will tell how they stand up to the rigours of continual use and whether they begin to feel uncomfortable in any way.

Yeah the enforce are a bit more flexible but I felt these were a bit more rugged and tactile with the lighter foam in the forefoot. I was pleasantly surprised with the width because the 1’s I thought were actually a tighter medium than was talked about - they’re not perfect shoes by any means but for sure a massive step up which is what I’m excited about
@Batwam09 ай бұрын
Having tried the Supreme and Express 2, I can confirm that they aren’t the same fit as the Supreme is narrower. Just something to keep in mind if you are considering switching from one to the other.

Tried the supreme 2s but the toe box was too narrow for me even going a half size up. I have the supreme 1 and they work for me but ultimately prefer the the hypercourt express 2 can wear true to size and plenty of room in the toe box.

I've used Express 2 for years in a 2E and they fit great. Tried the Supreme 2 in D width and they are much narrower than the Express 2 in 2E, painfully so pinching my smallest 2 toes. Just an FYI for interested parties. I wish the Supreme 2 came in a 2E width, hard to find good shoes in 2E

Love your videos! One issue I have is I have to wear wide shoes or else the toe box is too cramped. Tennis, running, lifestyle shoes are all wide. I need a pair of clay (hartru) shoes but none come in a wide width. What should I look for in regular all-court surface shoes for a shoe that can work on clay? Or just stick with my Jet Mach IIIs?
@FootDoctorZach9 ай бұрын
Either deep sharp herringbone or other tread that’s a clay surface first pattern

I want to like these shoes and was so lucky to find them on sale at Tennis Express, but I don't think they will work for me. I have very short feet, like 15th percentile, but super wide feet, like 70th percentile. My foot length is probably a size 6.5, but I am up size 7.5 because of my width. Sadly, with size 7.5, my toes and edge of the foot below the pinky toe still feel cramped inside the Supreme 2. I am also having trouble with the lack of cushioning and arch position, so I feel discomfort at different parts on the bottom of the foot depending on which insert I try. I also have to use different inserts for each foot. The upper and the curve inside the shoe are so structured and contained, so my feet doesn’t seem to belong in them. I also bought the KSwiss Court Express Pickleball Shoe in size 7. I probably should have bought a half size up. They are causing plantar fasciitis in my left foot. I feel like I watched a video where you bent and twisted a shoe around to show that it shouldn't flex in more than one spot along the length of the shoe. This supposed designed for pickleball shoe with nylon uppers flexes a lot. I previously was successful wearing size 7 KSwiss Court Express Tennis Shoes with a leather upper. I am probably going to give up on KSwiss brand.

any suggestions for a shoe that is good for agility workouts/daily runs (3 miles)/speed?
@markmoorefineart74534 ай бұрын
@footdoctorzach One issue that I'm having that I don't know if you encountered was when you do put orthotics in these shoes it raises the level of the heel enough so that the small bumper of padding that the shoe has to sit right above your heel now sits right in the back of your heel and is quite irritating. Lots of heel slippage with orthotics in. Did you try these shoes with orthotics and what was your experience?

@foodDoctorZach. Great review! I been watching your channel for a while and test some shoes that you have review. I have so cald problem feet and where pode insole, often have achilles pain and calf strain and sometime hip or back pain and have medium wide foot. I play Padel and are coach, so a lot of time on the court. I tryed a lot of shoes (aesic resolution 9, kswiss hypercourt, kswiss supreme 1, babolat jet prem, nox at10, mizuno enforce wave tour). Padel you have a sand pitch and pitch that has more momo court with liltle sand. You have a lot of side to side and back to forward movement buth also pivot actions in wall turn etc. So your sole is very important. After your review on the mizuno wave tour i try them. They Are heaven espcially with the hybrid sole, they are stable and heel suport and cushion. I was wondering, how can i compare the mizuno wave with the K swiss Supreme 2 with the K swiss Speed track and the new Mizuno wave exceed tour hybrid sole and perhaps the new on the roger clubhouse pro. Because the mizuno wave tour are great but not the lighest ones and one a field with a momo court with lilte sand they have perhaps to much friction. I defently order the new mizuno exceed to give it a try. But i doubt about the k swiss supreme 2 or speedtrack padel (same sole as tennis) or perhaps the new on clubhouse pro, because i love the on cloudrunner for daily based shoe.

My wife has heel spurs and is having trouble finding a pickleball/tennis shoe that will not hurt her heel. She is currently playing with a Hoka Arahi which feels good on her heel, but not ideal for pickleball. Do you have any suggestions on what would be a good shoe to try? Thanks!

@markmoorefineart74534 ай бұрын
I think the Mizuno wave enforce tour is a superior shoe in terms of comfort and performance. That said the stack of the mid soul is just a tad higher on the Mizuno‘s and makes them a little bit squishy laterally. On the other hand, the supreme 2 feel very hard and a little clunky in comparison. If I had to choose one shoe to go to battle with, it would be the Mizuno between these two.

Doc, for an overweight and flatfooted guy like me, which shoes are best/recommended atm for tennis?
Based on Zach’s 2024 Shoe Guide, if you cross references list for flat feet and heavy players, these are the shoes that pop up on both lists: Lacoste AG LT-23* Mizuno Wave Enforce Tour* Asics Gel Res 9 Babolat Jet Mach 3 Diadora Blushield Torneo 2* NB Court Rally Lotto Raptor Hyperpulse 100 Lotto Mirage 100 Some of these shoes are more stable than others. Some of them are quicker than others. Some are more comfortable than others, but they all check those boxes. Personally, I am in the same boat and have tried them all, and the Lacoste and Mizuno are hard to beat. They can also be hard to find.
