Hi Vanader, thanks so much for the video. I have a question regarding mixing of personal funds withs business funds. I bought or out a down payment on my first product for Amazon and some other expense before i officially had the LLC and ein and bank account opened. Is this an issue? Is it better to not use those expenses when I file my return in order to avoid mixing the funds? I mean I had to spend money somehow to get started before LLC was formed. Thanks in advance for your help, I am subscribed!

I recently went to my local credit union to open up an account and they required an operating agreement on top of the articles of organization and the EIN. Might be different for other banks.

Why do you say not to use Wells Fargo? I just asked a friend what business bank they recommend and they said Wells Fargo 😂 idk
