Hey admin , I’m a member of this channel from a different account. The content is great and we’re loving the variety of the content that you’re bringing for Indian membership plan. I do wanna recommend you on some points 1. Can you drop a teaser say on Monday and little bit of sneak peak around Wednesday and release on Friday ? So basically you can build the hype which you really love to do and usually your trailers don’t really show much. You can actually keep the teaser like the trailer you’re showing currently which doesn’t really show quick sneak peeks of almost final look. This way you can let us know what content you’re dropping on Monday and excite us on Wednesday with sneak peeks which show little bit more , this way you’ll be able to rope in even more members. 2. I know you have learnt from your mistake and haven’t been repeating it but still want you to know sometimes too much suspense and build up is also bad and especially when it’s not gonna happen ( referring to haircut roulette of two women with blue and black outfit . You left it as a cliffhanger as if bald look is coming but it wasn’t and that suspense was disheartening) 3. I understand these videos are expensive for you to source from the producers but honestly dividing it into 5 videos literally kills the joy and is really frustrating (even the current ragging video ). I feel dividing these videos into 3 parts is quiet fair for you and us because the initial two weeks transformations are very minimal and doesn’t make much difference to their looks and so are the final 2 videos when they go shorter marginally. 4th part is only worth it if they are going from long to buzz cut or bald head which brings to my 4th point. 4. This is more of a request that if possible please try to bring models who are up for buzz cut and bald head transformations. It’s a difficult ask but we’re expecting it from you only because you’re capable of delivering. Honestly you’re doing a great job and the way your engagement is with the members and comment section , you’re doing a fantastic work. Your distribution of content throughout the week is really praise worthy. Keep up the good work and we’re sticking around supporting your channel in every possible way mate.

I don't think extra teasers will be in the cards very soon, because I'm pretty swamped as it is. Let me explain a bit more about the makeovers in stages: Indian models ask a LOT of money for very short hairstyles, which is why we have to build in more stages than I would necessarily like. We're trying to find the right balance, but it's a work in progress. If short hairstyles become more mainstream in India, I hope to see the prices for big makeovers drop...

I second that. Most of the point you have raised here. The channel has good contents, amazing camera works, models, stories, everything in generale but always leaves sour taste to me. I really do not understand his business model. Business model is all about creating a value and capturing the value. Creating value means in the sense that the customers who are paying should get feeling that they are getting the value for what they paid. And at least, i believe that he has amazing contenet and he creates the value but doesn't know how to make costumers feel the value. This channel loves to create hype in the name of suspense, making our expectation grow exponentially and put the balloon off with a nail just to realize it's barely a trim off from previous haircut. The trailers are so lazy work. The trailer should at least sum up what kind of contents are we buying and it should rather be appealing for us rather than keeping in the dark and telling buy it anf find it out. It's like a fraud selling a chinese dublicate iphone and saying buy it test it for yourself at home 😂😂 DOn't get me wrong, please. Just an example. I appreciate his work but just do not understand his work model. If this is the way how it's going to continue, I do not have anything to say and rather stay away ( I know he might delete this comment. He has done it in the past) I rest my case here anyway.

You can have your opinion, Martin. I'm glad to hear you think we do amazing work, and I respect your preferences. But I can't help the fact that models ask serious amounts of money for a simple pixie cut. Would you prefer to get just one video per month that shows a more drastic change?
