late reply, but yes you need to kill Nightmare Werepig before you can fight Scrappy Werepig

I commented this on the last video but a Walter rework would be awesome. Hes a really cool idea for a charcater, but playing as him just feels unfinished compared to the rest of the characters. I am a Wormwood main though so I do love the that the update made his mushroom skills and Nightshade armor skills more useful, and im gonna have to try out his new stuff. keep up the amazing work on one of my favorite games!
