I am from health care, and there are many courses you do not need licenses such as DSW,PSW, and SSW, and you can earn good and very easily. I have studied DSW here, and i have got a good job every very, in Nova scotia, Alberta, and Ontario without any difficulty. I am a registered nurse right now, and yes, for RN and RPN, there is a licensing exam, but you will get to earn much more, too.

Canada has large aging population who are often single due to their loose family structure. Many jobs in this category or healthcare. Regulated but good to do these courses. If one has aptitude, then do forklift certification which may take few days and under hundred dollars. Canada manufactures little and imports a lot. In warehouses there is good demand. Car license is also good as many delivery driver jobs are there. May be food or courier or Uber taxi. Though it may need good car sometime. Car related jobs in garage or without it as cleaning car seats and washing it in their own car garage or parking makes good money. It needs few hundred dollars investment. All these jobs pay much better than basic minimum.
