1966 gave us newcomers Jeannie Seely, Wilma Burgess,Tammy Wynette and Paper Mansions by Dottie West! Loretta Lynn had some radical songs and Jean Shepard was impeccable as usual! Wanda Jackson had a Country Hall of Fame LP with some blue yodels! Tip of the iceberg! Country stations were gaining more popularity and this was a major song of the year! Thanks!!!
