Jobs available to foreigners only occur only if there is a severe shortage that the natives cannot fill… this is the case anywhere, whether in Vietnam or in the US. It is difficult to save the gullible from themselves, as they are too trusting and not willing to put in the research, but instead look for some shortcut.
