The inside of the church here in the video reminds me a lot of the sanctuary of the Presbyterian church I go to, which was added to the original portion of the church in 1968.

I used to live up the road from St. Edwards. It has only been empty for a handful of years, St. Edwards primary school used to stand behind it, demolished for the houses. The church is due for demolition. There are a few other places around Wigan, it’s just finding them.

In Washington state we have fireworks. Some cities have more restrictions. The Reservation (local Native American/Tribal land) they have Boom City, and city can buy packs of fireworks. We have the smaller cannon type things and you drop a ball in it and it shoots to the sky and does the big sky flowers. Those bad boys you had I can't say i've ever seen those. Those rocket ones were massive. We have bottle rockets and they have a large bottle rocket. But those looked like they should be on Gandalfs cart in Lord of the Rings lol. Straight outta a cartoon. I was laughing my ass off thanks. Can't believe Josh never heard if Guy Fawkes,,especially since V for Vendetta, thought for sure he knew of it at least from that!

According to an article dated February 2020, services were last held at the church late 2017. There are plans to demolish that church and one other in the next three years. Also, where I live you can set off fireworks like that on our property, but not within town/city limits.

Offenders held in custody, have to go through magistrates to decide on whether they get bail or are remanded in prison until a crown court date becomes available. So yes, serious offenders do go through magistrates and the glass will be for them. The glass is used to ensure the safety of both public and prisoner (eg sex offender, child killers etc) getting attacked from the public, or violent offenders not able to attack public. Hope this makes sense???!!

Thanks for the fireworks. Here in Australia there is no Bonfire Night. A few people do fireworks at Christmas and cities have big displays on their rivers that draw huge crowds. I watch them on TV. I see fireworks have become more sophisticated these days. In my youth we had Roman Candles, Volcanoes and Catherine Wheels and kids let off Bangers in the back street. Tell your Mum her burgers look delicious. Do you have Parkin in Lancs.? We did in Yorksha. Great fun, thanks.💥💥💥

Gavels are mainly used in USA courts, not Uk ones, so chances are low you would find one. There could be murder accused, etc in the glass booths as they need to go through magistrates court for bail conditions/refusal and referral to crown court.

Imagine the sucker who owns this building, he works 80+ hours a week for 15 years, saves and saves everything he earns. Then he puts all his savings down as a deposit with a bank lending him the rest provided he puts his family home up as security for the loan. Whilst he’s getting planning permission and organising even more borrowing to develop the building to save its future, create jobs and hopefully earn a profit after paying local and national taxes. A guy having made no attempt to contact the sucker to see if he can get access turns up to the property, breaks in, wanders around talking nonsense because he’s too lazy and arrogant do any research; calling the accused box a witness box, getting the date of building wrong and generally embarrassing himself. He then leaves, making no attempt to secure the building leaving it wide open for kids to get in (after they’ve learned it’s empty having watched this video on KZbin). He then has to spend a fortune continually securing the building after more and more people learn the building is currently empty because of this video and as a result his insurance goes through the roof because of course if one of these slobs hurts themselves having broken into the property it’s the sucker that owns the buildings fault! I wonder if the people liking this video would like a video of you urban exploring their property?

In the States you can do those fireworks but you only do them on more on farms if you own 1 , this guy named Roman Atwood from youtube buys whole bunch of them & sets them off on his land for like 4th of July.

They do when they're in remand waiting for the case evidence, evaluations, witness statements etc to be gathered. My brother had to attend magistrates court every week until his case went to crown court.

The glass partition is where they bring the prisoners up the stairs and their arraigned in front of the judge behind the partition then back down the stairs to the cells ; you don't have to be a murderer to be placed behind the glass if say a person gets arrested for even drunk driving their still gonna be behind the glass it's that way in the states also ; It's merely to protect the judge and lawyer's against any attacks ; Josh is wrong about fireworks some states in the U.S. are legal and you can buy them I live in Michigan and we can buy our own fireworks people set up shops on corners and sell fireworks

I had to laugh when Josh said they don't have fireworks like that in the US. Maybe on the East coast but on the West coast we put on quite a show. This is a video from Long Beach, Washington. All the fireworks you see are done by private people on the beach. The city did not pay for or put on a fireworks display.
