The jar opener is really clever, a normal person wouldn't really use it to open their jars, but for old people or people who have trouble opnening jars, this can be really helpful for them

The lid part with the gasket is a one use only for exactly what you mentioned. The gasket is ruined once they are used.

Lmao, the spice writer, those hearts aren’t made of spice, it’s the way you pour the milk into the coffee crema. Also, the pictures, if you want clean lines, use stencils, just shake the chocolate powder or cinnamon over then lift the stencil away. Really good baristas use a sharp point dipped into black coffee then draw in the froth, amazing to watch them do it.

All the jar opener has to do is break the vacuum under the lid of new jars and there are other ways to do that. Very helpful for folks with arthritis etc though

Thank you for this! 1 I found to be *unbearably* noisy and very much slower than shown here. DON'T get your fingers caught in it. zero stars. the opener at 9:51 works! I have a similar thing but with a larger handle so it is easier to use and find. Threw out the gadget 1. And the opener has no batteries to go flat.

The jar opener has been around for donkeys years as my mum had the exact same one many years ago and it operated exactly the same way. The batteries last for ages as they're only being used for short amount of time.

So I have an older version of one of these Jar openers- where instead of one button it has two switches for open and close, and sometimes it just slides around on a jar instead of gripping tight, but if I hold the jar down myself it locks on. If anyone's ever had the problem, that's the solution.

*Wanna know how to open any stuck jar?* Carefully tap the side of the lid on the concrete a few times. Now twist as normal it will pop right open. What this little hack does is give a tiny dent on the side of the lid, this in turn releases the air pressure inside allowing it to easily open.
