I agree with the comments below - speaking more simple and straightforward > trying to “sound fluent…” Most of the suggestions are almost abrasive in a way For example: “the balls in your court” would only be used if you have had a lengthy negotiation and you’re finished going back n fourth - it’s a final statement of: I’m done and moving on - the decision is yours…

English won’t sound „natural“ either this or that way if you have an accent like this 😅 apart from that, I wouldn’t consider any of these phrases „ advanced“ - rather they’re slang. And there’s absolutely nothing wrong with the so-called basic phrases as they’re commonly used also by native English speakers.
