Don't Use Beans For Akara, Use Bambara Nuts (Okpa)...

Did you eat Akara this last weekend?… Don’t try that type again, this is an upgraded version of Akara, if it doesn’t look and taste like this, No chop am 😂😂😂
I was amazed that i could make Akara with Bambara nuts. I could hardly tell the difference on sight from the real one

Well, if ur guest who tasted it says it's nice, who am I to say otherwise? 😊 But deep down inside, I have some questions screaming out for answer. 1: What the hell is chicken doing inside akara? 🥱 2 : You did not remove the back of both beans and bambara nut before blending? 3: Did not even squash the beans to enable it rise? 4: Frying that of bambara nut with ground nut oil instead of red oil, did it really taste good? 5: Last but not the least; was that really pap or something else? Like, kind of Spanish or Chinese pap or something? Sorry, I am a Nigerian so I am confused here.

Okpa tastes better without seasonings and crayfish. It's a natural something just like the beans Ankara, it tastes heavenly with only salt. seasonings give it one tingling kind of sensation.

Love your adventurous style of cooking but i love my okpa steamed plain with palmoil, salt, pepoer and water biko. 4 my akamu as well , just leave mine without those garnishings😂 better give ur recipes other names than their classical names dear. Though my kids loved ur style. Well done 👏
