Don't Use These EDDM Postcard Sizes!

DON'T USE THESE POSTCARD SIZES if you're doing Every Door Direct Mail! EDDM postcard sizing is incredibly difficult to figure out because of the USPS rules and the last thing you want is to get rejected or have a bad campaign.

Hey, great video! This was super helpful, I'm looking to run a spring cleaning campaign for my residential cleaning business. Question: Would you happen to know what size performs the best? Is a 6.5" x 9" going to be okay? Or is bigger better when it comes to mailing campaigns? This is my first time doing this so any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

You're putting something in wrong , you can put 9 long and 6.25 height maybe it will confirm Then but I promise you it's fully compliant

they just didn't check, some won't. You take a risk they could be rejected and you have no recourse if they check.

@@HighResponseMarketing absolutely I sent to print the fliers without indicia ..i was going to pay at the postal office the amount that cost me ….but when i checked the requirements i saw a red sight that don’t allow me the sizes that I have ..hopefully I found ur videos …size it’s 4 high by 6 length..I asked the place where I sent to print the fliers about if the size it’s allowed and they said yes

What is the best way to address a card going out to a list?

depends on how many. If it's 500 or under you don't really see much savings doing bulk mail so sending it with stamps and labels is fine, but above that use a mailhouse like us or any mail service provider so you can get cheaper postage and we can print the addresses on the cards and send them out bulk

Can you use 5.5 x 8.5 via Vista Print? I am only printing 500 at a time as we change items on them.

no! not an EDDM size, don't do it. I believe the only EDDM size postcard vistaprint will do is 6x11. On another note, make sure your mailing route is under 500. You may find that your route you want to mail is 600 or so and you'll be short. and don't rule out emailing me for a printing quote we should be cheaper/faster than vistaprint.
