Thank you for reading Psalm 20, it holds a very special place in my heart. Raised in church and a Christian home, the evidence of God was sadly nothing more than dusty Bible stories. When I was 12 (1972), I asked God if he was real, could he really hear me when I prayed. If it was true, would he please answer me that evening when I read my Bible at bedtime. Although I wanted God to be real, all evidence in my world was that he would not answer. That night, imagine the astonishment when my KJV Bible opened to Psalm 20 and the very first words were “The LORD hear thee”! What?!! When you know, that you know, that you know God is real, life is different. And God has remained ever present and active in my life since that day. If you are uncertain about God, then humble ask Him to reveal Himself. It will change your life.
