Workshop tokens are in my opinion the best thing to spend gems on. I have 11 characters with 6/6 cars because I do it everyday.

I'm nowhere near that because I didn't do it early but I'm definitely buying them every day for at least the last month. I think they're worth it too, for the low price they do offer good progression and even free to play would see good value in the cars. I pay for those monthly subs for gems and I find myself able to slowly save up gems even while buying at least 2 special summon tickets a day and the car tokens. That feels like the only way I'd ever finish off Evil Ryu or any of the other special characters at any speed (I have him up to SS and missed rolling for Dante specificially to save up tickets and he's still not SSS so it goes to show that if you want the special summons then you need to be buying some of these special tickets now and again). I'd say it's all about priorities, want to prioritise special guys? Definitely buy the special summon tickets, want to prioritise cars and the regular character to build your easier to attain roster? Follow Rokage's advice.

IMO, only buy 1... MAYBE 2 special tickets. Or don't buy them at all, depending where you are in the game and how your roster stands. I only buy 2 max when the daily reset hits. 8000 gems for a 10-pull over 10 days is way easier to deal with than 10000 gems for a 10-pull over about 4 days. That said, pulling for Akuma or Ryu or any collab character at this point is just not worth doing. I'd rather build tickets for when I have a huge stockpile and especially if the time ever comes they introduce a pity. Don't expect the pity to ever come, but it is what it is. If you still need SSS Bison, gem that fucker up on Diviniation rather than spending on tickets.

The silver stars are showing you have cars for those characters. 3 cars gives the character 1 silver star and if you have 6 cars (the max) then you will see 2 silver stars next to the character.

I would not ignore to buy token. You can spend just for 800 gems each day instead for 3000. It's slower progress but cheaper. My opinion.

The true definition of fully maxed is sss5 6sss cars and fighting spirit 30! Spread the word! I’m tired of guys saying ch. suck and they don’t have them maxed. If your ch isn’t maxed out you don’t know there full potential. Probably shouldn’t be passing judgement on the character either. M ryu sss5 6sss cars and sf30 is good enough for endgame I have him built properly he never falls off. By the way I’m on chapter 38-10 I think I know what I’m talking about.

Sorry but this is awful advice. While I don't recommend getting 3 tickets per day because you need the resources for shop refreshes and fast gains I do recommend one or two. Evil Ryu is certainly strong enough to justify it especially considering how long it takes to build otherwise. This advice is on par with another creator SS tiering Makoto.

Buy only 1 Special Summon Ticket from shop. Don’t use it until a Char comes you need. Save until you have 200 tickets maybe. Do NOT by all 2/3 because u also need to save todo divination summons and choice draws 😂especially.
