I am so thankful for this video and those words. I definitely need to hear them. You know for me dealing with PTSD and honestly feeling like if I ask for help it will be rejected or judged. It's a constant battle within myself and hearing this video tell me I need to stop rejecting myself. There is so much Love, Hope and Desire to help others inside of me. I am not sure how or what steps that I truly need to take. I too have wasted so much time that can't be regained. I do know that I wanna make a difference in my life my families lives and other people as well.
